Rocktober Fest in Tampa

Food and Music-Centric Rocktober Fest events announced for Tampa!

It’s Oktoberfest season in the Tampa Bay region, and two major multi-day music and food fests are set to celebrate the season! In celebration of Rocktober Fest this year, Paragon Festivals, an organization known for creating some of the most distinctive events in the region, has something new in store. Instead of the typical German food fare and polka bands, Paragon is infusing the events with electric guitars and local flavor.

First up is Rocktoberfest in Sarasota from October 14-16. Lively music, mouthwatering food, pints of beer, family and fun will fill the air on Friday, October 14th from 4pm-10pm; Saturday, October 15th from 11am-10pm; and Sunday, October 16th from 11am-6pm at J.D. Hamel Park, 199 Bayfront Drive, for the Sarasota Rocktoberfest.

Admission to this pet-friendly festival is FREE. Festivalgoers will find a wide variety of food plus a German feast fit for King Ludwig himself! Dine on German foods like Schweinshaxe (roasted ham hock), Steckerlfisch (grilled fish on a stick), Wurstl (Sausages), Brezen (pretzels), Knodel (potato or flour dumplings), Kasespatzelm (cheese noodles), sweet mustards, sauerkraut, red cabbage and more.

Next up is Rocktoberfest in Willams Park presented by the award-winning Big Storm Brewing. Join the community all weekend from Oct 28-30th for more local live music, great food, Big Storm beers, vendors and more. Williams Park is located at 350 2nd Ave N. Friday and Sunday admission is $5, and Saturday admission is $7.
