The grand aquatic celebration is organized by the spirited "John's Pass Sandbar Day Drinkers" group, who have big plans to make this event a record-setting extravaganza. Best of all, there's no cost to be part of this fun-filled fiesta—all you need to do is make your way to the sandbar.
