Immersive Art Exhibition Continues Development In Tampa

First Of Its Kind Art Installation In Florida To Break Ground In Ybor

Local arts collective Crab Devil has continued their plans to curate a first-of-its kind immersive art installation museum: The Peninsularium. 

The Peninsularium seeks to give Florida art fans an entirely new way to experience their favorite local artists, with full room immersive art exhibits that reflect both the unforgettable and often overlooked aspects of Florida culture. That list includes gaudy beach motel rooms, the skunk ape legend, and empty souvenir shops.

The installation will be constructed out of old shipping containers (a trend on the rise among commercial and residential real estate developers) and is anticipating an opening date somwhere near mid-2021.
