Holiday Light Displays in the Tampa Area!

May your holiday season be Merry and BRIGHT! Check out these local spots for dazzling light displays. 

Pirate Water Taxi River of Lights: The Pirate Taxi will take guests on a boat tour of River of Lights. Children can write letters to Santa and send it through a "mail buoy" that goes to the North Pole. There will be Christmas Caroling while overlooking the downtown Tampa view. Boarding and Departure is at the Tampa Convention Center. Tickets are $20 for kids and $25 for adults. Tickets and more information available here. 

Enchant Christmas @ Tropicana Field: Enchant will feature a maze dazzled in Christmas lights! "The Michevious Elf" has misplaced gifts and guests will venture through the lit up maze to help save Christmas. There is also a Santa meet and greet, a 100ft tall Christmas Tree, and an ice-skating trail. Tickets available for purchase here. 

Festival of Lights and Santa's Village: The Hillsborough County Fairgrounds is holding a drive thru light show. At the end of the light show there are circus attractions, craft stations, camel rides and a Santa photo opportunity. Tickets available here. 

Christmas Town at Busch Gardens: Featuring millions of lights, a Sing-Along Train, and visits from Christmas characters Santa and Rudolph, Busch Gardens will be booming with holiday cheer! A Busch Gardens Park Pass is required for entrance. More information and ticket purchase is available here. 

Winter Beach at St. Pete Pier: Winter Beach offers a holiday market, snow days, an arcade, movie nights, and ice skating on real ice! The event has themed nights such as 90's themed, Santa Hat Skate and Pride Night. Check out more information on Winter Beach here. 

Florida Botanical Garden: Florida Botanical Garden is hosting it's 21st annual Christmas Light Display with over 1 million lights illuminated from 5:30pm-9pm every night. A donation of $10 is suggested for anyone 10 and older. More information on this event here.  

Christmas in the Wild Zoo Tampa: In addition to sight seeing the various animals, Zoo Tampa will have 6 new light zones throughout the zoo. The event is limited capacity, $5 reserves a spot/date + the purchase of a ticket ($29.95). More information here.
