Inaugural Sunshine Spirits Festival coming to Tampa in October

Sunshine Spirits Festival is a cross-bay event that will be coming to Tampa Bay from October 1-2. More than 30 distilleries are participating in the festival and there will be one event on either side of the bay. The goal is to showcase and celebrate Florida’s many local, craft distilleries, giving attendees the opportunity to try spirits from across the state and to be educated by the spirits makers themselves.

On October 1 from 7-10 PM St. Pete's Kozuba and Sons Distillery will be hosting the festival's VIP party. There will only be 200 tickets for sale and will give purchasers exclusive access to rare and limited-edition spirits from the participating distilleries. It will also allow for more intimate conversations with those who produce the spirits as well as food and live music. 

On October 2 from 12-6 PM the main event of the festival will take place at Tampa's Dark Door Spirits. Tickets will also be for sale for this event and will include samplings of spirits and cocktails from more than 30 distilleries as well as music, food trucks, and giveaways throughout the afternoon.
