New Datz Location Now Open At The Tampa Bay Convention Center!
Datz, a local restaurant known for its massive sandwiches, Mac-and-Cheeseburger, homemade potato chips, and outstanding sign game, has officially opened a new cafe location on the Tampa Riverwalk.
Here is the announcement from the Tampa Convention Center:
“We’re excited to announce our Datz Riverwalk Cafe is OPEN, serving up Cuban coffee, breakfast sammies, AND even cocktails along The Tampa Riverwalk waterfront. Coffee Hours will be 7:30am – 11:30am Tuesdays thru Sundays. Stop by on your morning runs, walks, or bike rides!”
The menu also features a sweet side. Including premium donuts and cinnamon buns. Cafe con leche and Cortadito coffee drinks are available at the cafe. If you want to add something spirited to your morning, order a “Morning Margarita” (tequila, Orange Liqueur, orange juice, lime).
Breakfast sandwiches and vegan breakfast sandwiches are also available.
This news is huge for the Tampa Bay Riverwalk itself, which is currently a premier connection between Armature Works food hall in Tampa Heights and the outdoor and entertainment hub Sparkman Wharf.
The Tampa Convention Center is in the works of receiving a $38 million Capital Improvement Plan that is intended to provide a better customer experience, increased efficiency, and cost savings.
