A new salad-focused drive-thru restaurant called Go Green Lane has recently opened at 4495 West Gandy Boulevard. Their mission is to offer flavorful and filling salads that are perfect for people on the go. According to the company's owners, their salads provide the necessary fuel for individuals living a fast-paced lifestyle. 

Greenlane is a visionary idea created by Christopher Burch, the esteemed founder, and CEO of Burch Creative Capital. With almost three decades of experience as an entrepreneur and investor in various industries, including notable ventures like Tory Burch, Voss Water, BaubleBar, and Nihi Sumba boutique resort, Christopher Burch brings his expertise to the table. Some of the beloved items on Greenlane's menu include:

Bunny Hop Chop:  House roasted carrots, feta, almonds, shredded rainbow carrots, sunflower seeds, green onion, honey dijon dressing

Creamy Caesar:  Grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan, mini croutons, creamy caesar dressing

Ginger Sesame Crunch:  Edamame, shredded rainbow carrots, oranges, red cabbage, honey cashews, cilantro sesame ginger dressing

Tuscan Sun:  Grape tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, marinated mozzarella, crispy chickpeas, salami, and red wine vinaigrette
