The site is 86 acres of publicly-owned land that is located right in the heart of the Sunshine City. This site represents a development opportunity unlike any other in the Southeast. St. Petersburg has dedicated a minimum of $75 million for the development project. They plan to partner with a development team to create a multi-use city center that reflects the diverse and rich culture of St. Petersburg. They also want this center to adhere to principles developed through community engagement, including Smart Cities, sustainability, and a healthy community.

St. Petersburg has been recognized as one of America's fastest-growing cities and named one of the top places to start and grow a business. Along with the Tropicana Field Site development, the city has recently completed the highly-anticipated $93 million St. Pete Pier project.
