With the weather in the high 60s and low 70s this weekend, it is the perfect time to explore some of Tampa Bay's greatest bike trails. Whether you're looking for a trail with a view or a challenging mountain trail, Tampa has a trail for you.
Bayshore Blvd - Known as the Longest Continuous Sidewalk in the United States, Bayshore Blvd is 4.5 miles of scenic views paralleling Tampa Bay.
Clearwater Causeway - Another trail with an amazing view, this trail crosses some bridges, making for a bit of a challenging ride.
Alafia - This one is for those of you looking for a challenging mountain bike trail. The park offers more than 20 miles of singletrack trails.
Courtney Campbell Causeway - This trail offers scenic views of the Bay and is a total of 8 miles. You can cut into Safety Harbor and ride another 3 miles to the Safety Harbor Spa if you want to step it up!
Davis Island - Around 10 miles, this is a great addition to the Bayshore Blvd trail.
Pinellas Trail - The Pinellas Trail is a smoothly paved linear park and multi-use trail that extends 38.2 miles from downtown St. Petersburg north to Tarpon Springs.
