Gorgeous ‘Warehome’ now for sale
Ybor City’s ‘Warehome,’ built from an old warehouse, is now for sale
This gorgeous 2,710 square foot metal warehouse with over 100 feet of frontage is now for sale in Ybor City's south side district.
Located at 1517 E 5th Ave., the space was purchased in 2005 for $325,000 by local lawyer Max Fallon and interior architect Gwyn Zesch Fallon who took it upon themselves to transform what was once a food storage facility and they turned it into a functional one bedroom, two bathroom beautiful modern living home.
In a 2010 profile, the couple told Creative Loafing Tampa Bay that they originally purchased the home as an investment opportunity and possible art gallery but eventually, Gwyn suggested they move in. "Doing all the work on it, we kind of fell in love with it," Fallon said.
The Warehome is currently asking $1,800,000 and the listing agent is David Bailey of SJCO Holdings.
