Shannon Brewer was born and raised in Central Florida. As a 4th generation Floridian, Shannon has spent time living in different areas of the state and enjoying all the recreation and beauty it has to offer – making him suited in providing you with a unique perspective of the state.

Growing up in Central Florida, Shannon has earned real-life hands-on experience with residential and commercial properties as his father was a commercial and residential builder locally and throughout the state.

As a successful business owner in investigations and research; and coupled with a genuine love for real estate and his home state of Florida, he is very excited to help real estate buyers and sellers accomplish homeownership.
