Born in Miami and raised in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area, Courtney is a true Florida girl.  She currently resides in Wesley Chapel (Northern Tampa). She has an insider's knowledge of the rich history, culture, and expansive growth of the Florida Gulf Coast.  Having spent the last 38 years growing up, exploring, raising 4 children, and being an active member of her church, Courtney understands the value of community and the importance of the right location to grow your family, business, and neighborhood.   As a former dental assistant, Courtney worked closely with people and learned how to quickly anticipate their needs.  She hopes to put those skills to work for her clients to find them their piece of paradise. She is passionate about spending time with her children, supporting women's groups, reading, boxing, traveling the world, and of course, 365 days of sunshine!
